It all started when my wife and I decided to get a German Shepherd. We had always wanted a big dog, and we loved the idea of having a loyal companion by our side. Plus, we thought it would be fun to raise a puppy together. So, we did our research and found the perfect breeder.
We brought our little guy home, and he was everything we hoped for. He was so cute and playful, and we quickly fell in love with him. We named him Frank, after my wife’s grandfather who had passed away the year before.
As Frank grew, we started to notice some things about German Shepherds that we didn’t know before. For example, we realized that they are an incredibly intelligent breed. Frank quickly learned tricks and commands, and he always seemed to be one step ahead of us.
We also discovered that German Shepherds are incredibly loyal and protective. Frank quickly became our family’s best friend, and we knew we could always count on him to have our backs.
While not everything about German Shepherds is perfect (they can be a bit stubborn and they shed A LOT), we wouldn’t trade Frank for anything in the world. He’s truly a member of our family, and we are so grateful to have him in our lives.
Eventually, we decided to start a blog about German Shepherds. We wanted to share what we had learned about this amazing breed with other dog lovers out there. And so, our blog was born.
